The members agree to manage collectively, in collaboration with the partners, this capital of knowledge, fundamental to create new knowledge and innovative approaches serving the purposes and objectives of Synergy by:
- Valuation and capitalization of each person’s experience;
- Production of tools and resources for the use of actors;
- Training and support for members.
